Shopping
To place an order with Supar Auod, follow these simple steps.
- Add your desired products to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” on the product page. From there, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- If you are a new customer, you will need to register with your contact details, or if you are an existing customer, sign in using your email and password.
- Select your preferred payment method, confirm your order, and click checkout.

If you forget your password, it’s easy to reset it.
- Simply go to the Supar Aoud website, click “Log In,” then “Forgot Password.”
- Enter your email address and click “Submit,”.
- And, an automatic password reset will be sent to your email address.
Returns and Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day notice period for returns, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are available upon request within 7 days of purchase.
- The return exchange refund process will be initiated as soon as possible.

Payment Methods
Supar Auod’s preferred payment methods are secure credit card transactions, which currently include Visa and MasterCard credit cards. As an alternative payment option for customers who do not have access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery
We deliver worldwide through our shipping partner. Shipping rates vary depending on the product’s weight and the country it is being shipped to. Most customers in the UAE receive their orders within 2-7 working days.
