At Supar Aoud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free replacement policy for any items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement:

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping cost of 20 AED. In the event that the item needs to be returned through a shipping company, an additional 20 AED will be deducted from your return money. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp or email to begin the process.

Is it possible to exchange my shipment?

Yes, you can exchange your shipment by contacting our customer service. If the desired replacement product is available, we can facilitate the exchange. However, please note that certain conditions apply. The product being returned for exchange must be in its original, undamaged packaging and unopened. Additionally, the exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the order.

 

I have received the wrong product. Can you replace it?

We will facilitate a replacement of the product and arrange for correct shipping, or guide the client to the nearest branch for an in-person replacement.

Cancellation of the order:

The Supar Aoud retains the right to cancel an order in the event of any of the following circumstances:

 

  • Payment process is deemed unacceptable or declined.
  • Client-provided address or contact information is found to be incorrect, or if it is not possible to contact the client.
  • The products ordered are currently unavailable.
